He is not listed in the credits and he is an A-List actor - so he certainly would be.
I am guessing he just was not available or it was some contract thing
its not like he wouldnt want to do it or he has something against video games he did provide the voice for Emmet and Owen in Lego Dimensions and i dont mean archive audio i mean he recorded lines for the game, he could have been too busy with other projects he was working on
Yeah, I mean obviously I don't know him or anything but he seems like he'd have jumped at it if he was able/available

Own Grady = A.J. Locascio
ahh the guy who voiced Marty McFly in Back to the Futute: The Game..... ehh not too bad of a choice
They probably didn't want to pay the premium it costs to have SAG member do a voice over. That plus it would have meant that every other person involved with voiceovers would have had to SAG members as well. Union contract stuff basically.
You do know that ther is at least 3 SAG members (cant be bothered to look up everyone) doing voice over in the game dont you?
Im guessing as the Dev for this game coinsided with the production of Lego Movie 2 either Chris Pratt was too busy with that or just a bit tired of voice acting.
