Go to ACU station and select a stansport chopper, give it the task of collecting your dead asset.

Build an ASU. Once done hit,"T" and you will see a screen pop up on the left. At the bottom of that is 2 options. Slect the bottom one and select the dead dino. The same to move dinos after tranquilizing them.
