Fence Repairs
Each time I look away from my enclosure the fence needs repairing and my tiny Herbivores dinos that shouldn't be breaking these fences are busting through and causing havoc while my Carnavores are relaxing having a good time and haven't broken a single fence

check your herbivores stats - are there any that are unhappy? are there areas that you need to improve to make them happy? Do they have enough of their kind around?

Also, you're not currently in a mission that requires you to let a dinosaur get loose so you can tranq it are you? As that mission will essentially force you down the route of dinosaurs will consistently escape because it's part of the mission
The first island seems scripted so you can't get a 5 star rating, i've been bashing this first island and i've got Medium fences down and these small dinos are causing such a bloody problem it's almost instantaniously and there's plenty of them around and they all have their own social groups etc but they do nothing but break my fences, please don't tell me that's apart of the sabotaging crap because it's beyond silly now.

have you overpopulated the enclosure? You'll know if there are things you need to change by viewing all the stats of a dinosaur that's in the middle of trying to break out.

It's all I can say on it at the moment, nearly done at work and getting ready to dive in

no 5 star is possible, i did it with 5 enclosures. The herbivores are a pain because some like smaller populations, and some like huge amounts of forrest whilst others want open fields. don't forget that modding the dinos can increase amount of rating per dino, though they add hidden personalities that make them aggressive etc.

As others have said look to see if your dinos are happy. They have space, terrain, and population requirements. If any of these get too far out of whack or combinned caause the dinos stress they may get upset and start damaging fences trying to get out.

I am not sure what those limits exactly are, but I haad no issues on the 1st island with dinos being upset. I used the enclosure provided and split it in half. Herbivores on one side and carnivores on the other. I had 3 carnivores and 12 herbivores in that divided enclosure. The herbivores I had 4 of the smaller ones you start with, 2 triceratops, 2 of the duckbill looking ones and 4 of the small ones with horns.

I did not have to build any more enclosures to unlock the next island. Just had to build a fast food resuarant, gift shop, clothing store and hotel and the stuff required to support that stuff.

i modified the first enclosure and made it alot bigger... at first it looks big enough but when you look how much space is not being used you realize how small it really is

from what i seen so far only thing the dinos need is plenty of space, friends and constant food supplies... if these things are met they're gonna be happy and not gonna break your fences
