Also, you're not currently in a mission that requires you to let a dinosaur get loose so you can tranq it are you? As that mission will essentially force you down the route of dinosaurs will consistently escape because it's part of the mission
It's all I can say on it at the moment, nearly done at work and getting ready to dive in
I am not sure what those limits exactly are, but I haad no issues on the 1st island with dinos being upset. I used the enclosure provided and split it in half. Herbivores on one side and carnivores on the other. I had 3 carnivores and 12 herbivores in that divided enclosure. The herbivores I had 4 of the smaller ones you start with, 2 triceratops, 2 of the duckbill looking ones and 4 of the small ones with horns.
I did not have to build any more enclosures to unlock the next island. Just had to build a fast food resuarant, gift shop, clothing store and hotel and the stuff required to support that stuff.
from what i seen so far only thing the dinos need is plenty of space, friends and constant food supplies... if these things are met they're gonna be happy and not gonna break your fences
