ACU needs power

I have unused power and a substation right next to it but it still says it requires power. I've tried removing and putting it back along with the pylons and substation and it wont work, I cant really play this game without a ACU so any help would be great.

Also it says power cosumption 0 and same problem with expedition station as well now

I have the same issue with a Hammond Creation building.

Did you make sure to have the proper amount of unused power? Some large buildings require 10 unused power so that may be your problem.

Yea the game isnt very good at displaying how much defficiate you have in power requirements.

Check how much power you have spare before and after you disable the building that requires power, you will see its identical so essentially you need to build or upgrade a power plant.
