However, if the groups would team up to take down one animal at a time, this would be a totally different story (and a more interesting thing to watch). Then the fight could go either way.
Now if this was based on reality, then it would not even be a match. The Velociraptors would be running for their lives and get massacred, no doubt (it would be like a bunch of Jack Russel terriërs trying to take on a pack of timber wolves). They would be way to fragile and small to even take on or hurt a single Deinonychus. It would all come down to the harder bite, and not the claws, as they (unlike some people think) are used by both animals for puncturing and subduing, not slashing and disembowling.
Either way I'll be happy. I tend to name my animals in zoo games like this, and with the ability to change their skin colors I will be eaily able to tell them apart. The point I'm getting it is that it will be interesting no matter how the pack wars turn out, which individuals survive and gain more fame.
If the Dilophosauruses(?) can live together as a "pack" then you sir just started a three way pack war. Dilophosaurus vs Deinonychus vs Velociraptor packs.
Pretty much all Utahraptor sizes.
Also it'd be neat if they had a more in-depth dna splicing thing where we could give the dinos different traits. More or less agressive, smarter or faster, that sort of thing.
Once I had a good sized park running, I'd totally go full 'Jurassic World' and make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up monster that escapes and eats everything else.
I do know messing with the DNA can make a dinosaur deadlier(atk), tougher (DiseaseResistant/Defensively maybe both) Live longer as well as mess with their coloration.
