The "assembling best people" they are referring to in your video are just three talking heads that give you missions. You do not hire or fire them. They have no skills or abilities. Just gimmicks with a face.
You can not hire a team a scientists and choose what they should research based on their interests and expertise. Or build a security team of veterans and hunters, and decide where to send them based on their skills. Or hire paleontologists to find and dig up fossil sites. Or find engineers to build the most secure barriers, or the most marvellous entertainment hub. Or PR specialists to find you sponsors.
In fact there are no INDIVIDUALS with their own names, stats, identity etc in your park. Just some generic "ranger team 1", "ranger team 2" and so on.
I agree with you. I would suggest you write up a post in the wishlist subforum. I would support the hell out of it!
