Save Load Error

Just got the game and I can't play. It says "Autosave Error. Save Operation Failed.Unable to create save. Is the Disk full?"

Well I have 18 GB free on my C Drive. And 400 GB on D Drive which my Steam is on.

Why do I need a ticket? Can't you just tell me what's wrong and how to solve it here?

Surely other people have had a similar issue. There must be some info regarding a solution. Never had a problem like this before.

I have the same problem. Locate yout savegame folder "C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games"
Open Frontier Development. For sure make a backup folder "Jurassic world evolution". Then delete it. Start the game. Problem solved for me. Old saves now works.

I also recommend to make a backup folder as that sounds like you restored the savegames from the Steam Cloud.
If you have the Steam Cloud active and delete your savegames, Steam downloads the savegames from the Cloud automatically.
If you have the Cloud not active, your savegames stay deleted. oO

Just follow the instruction on the website.

1. Open https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360012215419--Operation-Failed-error-trying-to-save-in-Jurassic-World-Evolution-on-PC

2. Right click and save "Restore_Saved_Games_Default_Location.bat" on the same location where you map save game should be.

3 After complete saving you can click on it and this is you're game will be fine.

This happend to me this evening and it's now fixed.

So the error occurs because the save folder isn't where is should be. To fix this, just open your file explorer and go to:

C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Local\

Cut or Copy the Folder "Frontier Developments" and paste it into:

C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Saved Games\

Helped for me.
