It's based more on Jurassic World then Jurassic Park, but it's kind of in it's own universe given that we can make as many Indoraptors and Indominus Rex's despite them being all dead in the films.

Well I say its an alternate time line that starts between Jurassic Park and Jurassic World.
As based on what I can see you are manager for the company in JW film charged with setting up and running the park

Game is non canon. If it were to take place it would be between JP3 and JW.

It would be after Jurassic World just from what Claire says when you get to Site A.

It's not canon, guess you could say an alternate universe like others have said here..

If you want to place it in an alternate universe though then it would be after Jurassic World and probably a complete replacement for Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom as that movie's events couldn't co-exist with this game.

Claire has dialogue in the game that confirms the first Jurassic World movie happened prior to this game and Owen also makes references to Blue from that movie as well.

I'm inclined to agree and say after Jurassic World, but in a separate timeline from Fallen Kingdom. A separate party (The Hammond Foundation) buys out/Takes over Masrani Global's ownership of all JW assets after the 2015 Jurassic World Incident and starts operations over on Los Cinco Muetres
