I'd like to see how your 5 star park layout looks like on Jurassic challenge.
I would, but I roll on console so that's a no go.
Also Jurassic difficulty is SUPPOSED to be hard
Jurassic difficulty, does something like that SOUND like it's meant to be easy? There's a term for what he's asking for... it's called a "cheat code"
Well its frustrating because its difficult. lol
So how can you add difficulty in a park builder game? Other ways to create and manage dinos, dino visibility, and rides through jungle.
But they made the game so simple and boring they came up with adding timer and tornados as a difficulty, and no way to stop the timer to think about it except lunching menu screen, which you don't see your park at all and can't click on anything except Save/Settings/Quit. Nothing against Hammond Foundation fees as it makes sense in way. Contracts are borderline since they are stupid a lot of times and can't be turned down on the offer.
Difficulty shouldn't make a game frustrating. Now it's like this:
Build a house, and when you're half way there I'll come to put it on fire during night. When you start over again, I'll come back when you only have foundations to flood it.
Good luck to finish on time the way it should look.
I thought advanced storm defenses protected against tornados, they do nothing but make the park look like a driving range with huge golf balls and take space!
Even if you take twice the amount of time you still get the dinosaur skin reward.
And when Jurassic difficulty is too hard for you, try a lower difficulty, because you obviously are frustrated.
Only one, and there are two.
Are you saying the timer is useless?
Also did you play the campaign?
You can definitely make nice looking parks in the campaign.
I did long time ago, and finished it again with the Dr Wu DLC.
Though if the timer is useless, they should make the timer optional with a checkbox, even if it's a time to aim, 'cause it's more stressful than anything when you don't know. Or it should be a stats in the background.
It's misleading as it is.
Do you know how many great looking parks I was about to achieve 5 stars in 13h and deleted because I thought it needed to be done under 12? Damn!
It's not useless, it's par time. As in "get 5 stars by this time, or you will get no rewards"
