Otherwise try to do a fresh graphics card driver install whether it's AMD or NVIDIA.
Restarting also hasn't helped. Its always like this :( but thanks for your guy's suggestions.
At first I thought you run overclocked hardware and got artifacts, but might also look like a corrupt driver (or DirectX version).
Then again, there are sooooo many possibilities and remote diagnostics without more detail is prone to failure.
Or even better contact frontier support for technical help.

I tried reinstalling directX but it just said I already had the most updated version :(
