Hm that's strange, it works for me?
Perhaps see if the verifying the game data helps?

It's from Steam's own source.

Otherwise try to do a fresh graphics card driver install whether it's AMD or NVIDIA.
Oh another thing, see if you change the graphics settings if that changes anything.

I haven't had this bug in this game. But I have seen it in other games. Restarting the game always worked for me.

Restarting also hasn't helped. Its always like this :( but thanks for your guy's suggestions.

Mind sharing your PCs specs?

At first I thought you run overclocked hardware and got artifacts, but might also look like a corrupt driver (or DirectX version).
Then again, there are sooooo many possibilities and remote diagnostics without more detail is prone to failure.
Or even better contact frontier support for technical help.
You could also post this problem on the unofficial Jurassic Park Evolution subreddit perhaps there might be some people that ran into similar problem.
