great, problem solved. are those compatible with the base game or do i need the deluxe edition for those saves to work?
If you don't plan to get all DLCs, you can only use the oldest archive.
It's called "Various JWE Saves" and has V1.3 found under the "OLD FILES".
If you plan to get some DLCs you need to check through the names. I always included all DLCs currently available in the updates I provided.
The newest savegame is only compatible with all current DLC and the Deluxe Edition.
So make your choice. :)
sweet, thanks for the help :)
It contains skin unlocks and stuff and might also contain the newest additions (like Sandbox unlocks).
Everything else (like dinosaurs researching to 100%) needs an own savegame.

€36,42 instead than over €80. oO
It contains all current DLCs EXCEPT the Herbivore Dinosaur Pack. That just got recently released and will be added later into that package.
eh, not sure i want to spend that much when the base game already has everything i'd want and is so much cheaper. i also don't even know most of the dinos the DLCs add :/
There are 2 heavy story DLCs that add a bunch of cool new features, but the Deluxe Edition is already pretty fine.
Especially it also features a few new dinosaurs that got added for free.
By the way, if you want to check every dinosaur and how it gets added into the game, feel free to have a look onto my skin guide. :)

DOn't ever use someone else's saved file. It's your game. Don't be a cheater.
You will learn when you have earned the right to a new Dino.
Cheating... if you want access to all Sandbox. Have at it. :(
how is it cheating to skip the parts of the game i won't like? it's a singleplayer sandbox mode, they should be unlocked in that by default
But it also doesn't matter at all. Because it's a singleplayer game. What you do with your game is your business.
So if you have more fun by installing completed save files then by all means, have fun. Because it doesn't affect anyone else.
And it's a good thing people enjoy things in different ways, otherwise everyone would be the same and that would be boring.
The savegame is legit.
I would agree if I cheated, but in that case you simply continue someone others game.
Exactly, we don't need to brand someone uselessly. :)
i think hes not saying you are cheating but the person is taking your save yet not doing the work himself?? cheating doesn't always involve mods in the cheating community, if you copy off of someone else's homework/test its considered cheating lol to clarify
Did you use that excuse in school too?? lmao "I'm sorry teacher but i copied off his homework because i didn't like doing the work"...Come on man
I don't think that getting a proper education which will be important for your future life and either for your income / job you will get, should be compared with a video game which only purpose is to have fun and be entertained.
And yes, it is cheating when you give yourself an unfair advantage to have a better life. Because you turn down other people. Here no ones else is harmed.
Using someone elses savegame to avoid a possible annoyance to have some fun for the money that got paid doesn't seem unreasonable for me, as there isn't even a penalty for doing so. An advantage is surely there too, you safe time when you use someone elses savegame. An disadvantage might be that you get bored by the game way quicker than when you played it all by yourself.
Furthermore it's everyones own decision how they want to have fun with video games and as long as it is singleplayer, no one else can be turned down with such a move. Except the person who uses that savegame maybe...?
In this case, you could question yourself if you would have fun or be entertained by using someone elses savegame.
If not, then it's clear that you don't support such a move and that's perfectly fine.
Similar as it is fine if others don't want to invest that much time in unlocking everything.
I've also upload a savegame for the Final Fantasy VIII Remaster, but as I have changed some aspects which cannot be achieved in that stage of the game, I clearly tagged it also as "cheat" on Nexus (at least if the admins accepted that Tag request, I don't know how that works).
So no worry, I surely have a definition for cheating, just a broader one.
