grandmaster achievment unobtainable

game keeps crashing whenever im starting the arena, i have noticed others are experiencing the same issue, I've tested different settings and resolutions but keeps crashing whenever im pressing start on arena mode

Yes there are workarounds, I just posted a guide. I should have done so months ago when I figured out the exact cause of the crashes, but at the time I just posted the solution in the main forum thread about the issue.

If anybody knows of a workaround for Linux, that would be greatly appreciated. I tried the guide above but...

1. The other PCs I have are too weak and the game crashes, but for that reason, LOL.
2. I couldn't find a Linux alternative for limiting CPU cores in settings. I also could not find Ryzen Master alternatives, that limit CPU cores.

Well I found this from a quick search, I couldn't say if they'll translate directly to whatever distro you're using but the functionality will be there somewhere. https://www.ubuntumint.com/disable-cpu-cores-ubuntu/

I chose the temporary method. In the terminal, it's manual, but I have a text document to help me keep track...
