When you say 'fully unlocked' you mean all of NY as in the previous two games?
Also...thought Man Thng was a good guy (Marvel's paralel to Swamp Thing)
Just finished that part and unlocked it all and he is but it all makes sense in the story and no there isn't all of New York, there's some of New York, some of other New Yorks and loads more, I don't wanna spoil whats in the map. But it definitely seems bigger than New York. and it's so much more interesting and varied, it's a lot of fun.
