sorry to hear that Ubisoft Connect takes a long time to load and are receiving an error since downloading the launcher via the Microsoft Store.
It could be possibly related to some cache/temporary files or even getting conflicted with a different program.
To rule out any possibilities on this, here are a few steps which you can try to troubleshoot:
1. Close Ubisoft Connect completely from the Taskmanager and first, make sure that the launcher and the game are whitelisted within your Antivirus / Firewall, to avoid any conflicts when the client is trying to connect to the servers:
Add an exclusion to Windows Security
-Select Start, then open Settings >> Under Privacy & security >> Select Virus & threat protection >> Select Manage settings >> Exclusions >> Select Add or remove exclusions
Add exclusions for both Ubisoft Connect and The Crew 2
2. Once that is done, please go to the installation location of the folder which in default is under the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\
3. Delete the following Folders: "cache" "crash" "logs" and "shareplay". Additionally, when you scroll down, there should be a txt file named "version.txt" Delete that one as well.
4. Delete Download Cache for Steam[ubi.li] That can help with certain issues.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you keep note of your login details for both Ubisoft and Steam, as you get asked to log in again once clearing the caches.
5. Make sure both Steam and Ubisoft are still closed. Then type "Run" in the windows search bar in the bottom left corner, open it and type %programdata%. Once there, Delete the Ubisoft Folder.
6. Type %Appdata% (same way as mentioned in step 5) then > click local > and delete the Ubisoft folder there. Open the temp folder and delete everything in it (please make sure that if certain files cannot be deleted, leave them in there) and close the window
7. Type "Settings" in the search bar, then click on "Storage" and click on temporary files. And remove the files in there (if you do not wish to remove files such as download, make sure it's deselected)
8 Flush the DNS Cache[www.ubisoft.com]
9. Restart your PC and login to Steam. Once logged in, try to repair your storage folder as this can also help to resolve certain issues with game files that are damaged, missing or corrupted. On the Steam client, click on Settings >> Storage >> click on the 3 dots on the top right >> Repair Folder
10. Verify the game files[ubi.li] as this will identify and repair any missing/corrupted game files.
Once you start the game over Steam, it should open Ubisoft Connect, it will look for patches, download and recreate the folders you removed from Step 3.
These steps mainly help with clearing any Cache / temporary files that could conflict the game / launcher and by removing them, it creates the files freshly again when starting the launchers / and the game.

I try update manually but same, I contact Ubisoft Support but nothing helpfull
Hi Sinon!
While I am happy to hear that the launcher now starts easily, I am sorry that you get an update error.
As you have mentioned that Ubisoft Connect gets an error when trying to attempt to update, I would advise making sure to run Ubisoft Connect with Admin rights[ubi.li], as there is a possibility that your current Windows profile does not have full permissions and is causing the launcher to not allow updating.
Should the launcher also ask for permissions to make changes in your system (updating the needed files and creating the Ubisoft Connect files that the launcher and the games need) I would suggest to make sure you grant those permissions.
Please let us know if you have any other queries.
