Crew 2 does not work with controllers

Crew 2 does not work with controllers and the customer services after a month of gobbledegooking at last refused to pay me a refund. I can use the game only with keyboard what is ridiculous. Has anybody else similar experience? Thanks.

dont know why a your controller is not working im using the dualsence (ps5 controller) and it works fine, steam sorted the settings out for me. only thing i can think of the controller you are using is not supported on steam.

in the upper left corner of the main steam page where it says "Steam" if you click that there is a section for controllers recheck everything to make sure the settings are still correct

Your computer detecting the controller? I used a Xbox and PS4 controller just fine.

Do you have a controller that actually works in any game at all? I use a dual shock 3 through an emulator and it works perfectly fine.

Yes same, no refund at all. Btw i buyed game 1 day back and cuz i played free week + beta i have 10 h played no refund more than 2 hours played

If your controller is not supported, please consider using one of the supported controllers of peripherals.

There may even be 3rd party mapping software that allows your controller to be detected as something else that may help, however we cannot advise on this.
