Apologies for the delay.
As you're both reporting connection issues from the 4th, I've merged your threads together here.
We don't have any current ongoing issues with The Crew 2 or Ubisoft's servers, so if you're still having any issues getting connected, please ensure that you've completed all of the steps in our PC Connectivity Troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com] and let us know how you get on?
Thank you!

in the first contact with support they told me to do that port Foward and ip bind, dont solved.
next, i done a clean startup i have been able to join the server but got kicked after some seconds.
(some time after that a energy problem killed my windows. now the pc is full clean and fresh)
