Apologies for the late response. I have looked into this issue and the development team did investigate but were unable to reproduce it.
I can only recommend trying to the following to see if that helps:
. PC troubleshooting - https://ubi.li/x17TX
. Unplug non-essential peripherals (extra monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)
. Reinstall the support software - https://ubi.li/s9Zj3
. Perform a clean boot then try launching the game again - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
If those steps still don't help I can only recommend creating a support case and attaching your system files and our support team will look into it further to see if there are any other troubleshooting steps they can suggest:
