i have never worried about taking action on any
of these error messages... and most of the time
the links work well...
all of a sudden I cant stay connected with their servers for more than 20 mins at a time.
I went through all the "fixes" suggested by "support" and nothing worked.
My advice is dont by ubisoft games that require always on internet connection.
There services are too unreliable.
your provider connection is either having a problem, or rest of household is using all the bandwidth streaming ♥♥♥♥ doing ♥♥♥♥ or watching something on their devices, and game needs alot of that bandwidth.
tell everyone at home to turn off all their ♥♥♥♥ so u can play.
dont play this wirelessly.
call internet provider and buy a higher tier internet plan.
but first have them check yur connection/ping.
try logging out of an back in to Ubisoft Connect.
I am the only internet user in this house and have Ethernet connection never wireless.
I never have problems with any other online game or multi player game or servers.
I swear to god, something changed with ubisoft,. I checked the ubi forums at the time
and there were many people with the same problem.
its the internet people. goes across mountains, under oceans, across the world. DONT b surprised and ♥♥♥♥♥. only takes a nanosecond burble somewhere along thousands of miles of cable-thru steam-thru ubisoft to d/c thousands of people. its only gonna get worse as it expands globally on the same ol current infrastructure. doh. an how many billion phones been added to the internet strain now?. they all on the internet too. think that has no affect?. right.
an yur in US. HE's in japan, servers r in US. imagine the connection to japan. got a globe handy?.
Hey there!
Sorry to see you're having issues connecting to the game!
I've checked and we haven't had any known degradation issues so if you're still unable to connect can you please ensure you've given all the steps in our connectivity guide a try available here?[www.ubisoft.com]
This will ensure the connection between your network and the game's servers are as good as it can be.
Please let us know how you get on after trying this!
Thank you!

Come on, this is the second post asking a straight forward, honest question that you've decided to troll for no good reason. Haven't people here answered your questions before without mocking you? Let's help out the new players so they stick around please. (Nobody wants empty lobbies.)
Anyway that doesnt explain why a lot of these people who have problems with ubisoft have no trouble connecting and staying connected to servers all around the world.
normally I wouldnt recommend use accelerators. who are they? where are they?. I worry about the security of my Pc going thru some unknown entity that promises for free a better connection. what do they get out of it?. yeah, access to my Pc. right.
owell, at least yur better than most of the 'cant connect' 'game crashes' posters here because u tried something to fix it instead of just complaining and just blaming ubisoft.
good for u.
OP, I realized that Ubi_TheBerry forgot to past in the link for network troubleshooting.
It's here:
https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/the-crew-2/connectivity-and-performance/article/troubleshooting-connectivity-issues-in-the-crew-2-pc/000063446?origin=middle
Go through those steps if you haven't. I hope that helps.
