the stuttering started after the last
major update... before that it was
close to perfect... rtx 2070 here..
I've noticed a trend when you've played more than 24 hours in general (from statistics) the game becomes unplayable, dunno what causes this but for me it did happened.
i can say.... not game breaking bad...
i get the most stuttering at the start
of a race and on corners in particular
it seems... and then it seems to
smooth out with the odd stutter
here and there... i should pay more
attention but it happens and isnt
constant enough to be a major
concern for me.. but... it never used
to happen like it does now prior to that update
seems less in New York HC and the longer races
and regular in start ups on short races..
Thank you for reaching out to us with this!
As ragefifty50 has noted - is it the same for you all, where the stuttering is particularly noticeable at the start of a race?
And could you please give the steps[support.ubisoft.com] in our PC troubleshooting guide a try as these are designed to address performance issues.
Let us know how you get on, thank you!

upgraded my Nvidia drivers clean install from year old 451. to latest 471.....
the stuttering is not only worse its increased and there is also something
else going on now like frames and being taken out totally effecting my experience now...
great going...
this is a UBI soft problem.... stop blaming the customer and making
us do stuff we dont really need to do... i hope i can go back to my 451
and reduce these problems
switcthed back to 451 Nvidia drivers from 21 July 2020 much better again...
Some notes: I first thought it was the high speeds giving the issue. But I noticed it's happening most of the time trough/after turns. When going in a straight line it sticks to 60FPS.

My specs:
RTX 2060
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
16GB 3000Mhz DD4 Ram - dual channel
Game installed on SSD (doesn't make a difference with this issue, tried both)
Comparison video of someone with a near similar rig. All smooth.

i just went down to the Crew 2 low settings... gonna leave it there.... no stutter...
gigabyte 2070 rtx super.... i dont think its customer problem at all...
it was fine til they did that 2nd last upgrade...
thats when the stutter started for me... on "medium"
anyway... i aint a ultra junkie.... so no stutter on low setting is fine by me...
and the new 471 Nvidia drivers are terrible for this game... in "medium"
so thats for both of them to work out..... and not the customer...
exactly... well i rolled back my drivers.... no one is saying to do that...
my feedback still stands...
the problems started when the devs did the upgrade.....
and it wasnt fixed on the last upgrade...
