The crew Credits!
Really i spend 25€ for the credits after the purchase my game crashed i restardet it and i become nothing! I've been waiting since monday. sry for my bad english im from germany :D

Purchasing crew credits has been temporarily disabled whilst the issue with not receiving them is looked into. If you still haven't received any that you purchased, please can you create a support ticket / live chat for this {LINK ENTFERNT}. 

You can also private message us on Twitter or {LINK ENTFERNT}if you prefer.

If you do contact us, please attach a full uncropped screenshot of your purchase history showing the purchase for them.

Please note, that in order to receive your Crew Credits, you need to make sure that you've finished the initial prologue and got into the Headquarters before you are able to see them in-game. I know most of you already will have, this is just a FYI incase anyone hasn't.

Sounds like this is a widespread issue lately. Your best bet would be opening an official support case with them. This should be the right link: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-us/Games/5165

CC not showing up
So i bought a pack today and it showed up a mag that it was in the mail box but then my game kept runing into loading glitches once i finaly got in again it wasnt in the mail box what do i do?

You don't need CC to buy the bike. You can buy it with money. $130K I think

There is hundreds of complaints about this on the Ubisoft forums at the moment but they are not doing anything about it or acknowledging the issue, I am part of it bought the silver bundle about 5 days ago and my complaint has been ignored. Best option would be to try and get a refund but that is taking some time as well

How do you even refund? Can't find it anywhere...
