Battleye Service problem
I just buyed the game last night and it downloaded but when i press play it comes up with

10:24:08: Installing BattlEye Service...
10:24:08: Failed to install BattlEye Service.


i uninstalled and reinstalled it and it didn't work does anyone have any ideas how to fix it

Can you first of all ensure that you are running the BattlEye installer as Administrator?

There are more troubleshooting steps to check on the BattlEye Support site here[www.battleye.com]

where do i find the BattlEye installer to check if i am running it as Administrator as i can't finding it on my computer

You should find it in the install path for your game, by default this would be:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\

where is it in the folder it is not in there or i can't see it

There is no BattlEye installer in the file in the Ubisoft game installer
I have the same problem too,can't you guys just sell game without problems?? Really doubting your professionality.

To avoid any confusion however, we are not the game's developers, rather we are agents from Ubisoft Support, here to assist you with your queries. We do try to sign off as such, but do understand the [developer] tag can lead to some misunderstanding.

Referring back to your issue of the 'Failed to Install BattlEye' message on launch, can you please ensure you have attempted the following steps;
- Verify the game's files in Steam[ubi.li]
- Run both The Crew 2 and the BattlEye launcher as an admin[ubi.li] (The BE Launcher can be found by opening the game's Local Files > BattlEye)
- Ensure you're running the latest version of Windows and your respective component drivers, including your GPU

Please let us know how you get on after attempting the above steps.

This behaviour shouldn't be necessary, this behaviour is also what triggers malware, adware, virus and threat protection. It's on Ubisoft to ensure that player's security is assured when playing their games, and highly suspicious software like BattlEye should not be required to play a game that is part of Ubisoft+ or purchased.
