Can't find CD key for the game

When I launched the crew 2 it launch into uplay like normal now it just launches and says "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product." Can someone please help?

it's 2024 they basically gifted the game (1 euro) and there's still this issue. That's why Ubisoft is failing and they well deserve it.

can confirm no CD key plz help. No "View CD Key" options in Steam Library, game obviously does not show up in UPlay because I purchased it through Steam.

Thank you. I canceled out of the CD key prompt, relaunched and it recognized my correct account automatically.
