Neither cheats nor AI, it seems like these ar some of the fastest street racing cars. But I have beaten them using other cars. The Mitsubishi 3000GT No Rules Edition is also one of the fastest imo.

Countach is the fastest SR car but you need -1 on aero to make it drivable, once you tuned it, the countach has superior cornering and power to basically outperform everything, cosmo is also similarly strong with notable high solo top speed without nos (380+ without nos) and turns very well.

In the end it's probably still skill issue if you can't keep up.
