Yeah it's very likely they will, theyre pretty much giving away the game for free at this point.

they will delist this game and point out that they will give offline feature to The Crew 2 and Motorfest, in this case just buy it already

The Crew 2 and Motorfest will get offline modes in a patch.

You can also import your cars from The Crew 2 in to Motorfest.

Yeah. The car importing from 2 to Motorfest already worked since Motorfest released.
It's not a new feature.

It does seem worth the price.... till I found out the game is locked to 60FPS. I'm no snob, but going to this after playing every other racing game at over 100FPS will be painful.

Well - they've said it will get offline mode. Did they ever actually say that Crew One would get offline mode? there is a difference, and would open themselves up to law suites if they did not produce offline mode. So yeah - it will get offline mode.
