You might need to forward the ports the game uses. That page will tell you what you need to do. Good luck!

They are similar however there is an additional UDP port that is used by the 2nd game compared to the first one. I point this out in case if someone else has a similar problem and if in the future they decide to change the ports and update the article to direct people to the correct one.
@1NS4N1TY_CH3CK - Please follow the guide linked above[www.ubisoft.com], making sure to at least reset your hardware, and ask your ISP to help you make sure you've got an open NAT. Let us know if it works!

My router asks for the following inputs when forwarding ports:
-Enter Ip address (192.168.0.192 - I'm fine with this - got this from IPConfig)
-Enter Protocols (TCP - I'm fine with this - got this from the help link)
-Enter WAN Ports (13000, 14000, 14008, 3000, 3001, 3002, 3003 and 3004. - I'm fine with this - got this from the help link)
-Enter LAN Port (I am not sure What To Do Here? My options are:
-21 (FTP)
-23 (TELNET)
-25 (SMTP)
-53 (DNS)
-80 (HTTP)
-110 (pop3)
-1623 (PPTP)
-3389 (remote desktop)
-9000
-OR Should I input the same numbers as the WAN Ports?)
Really appreciate your help.
Thanks.
Sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. All that said, if you do speak with your ISP about it, we'd love to hear how you get on!
