How often game goes on sale?

I don't think there's a set time for steam sales to happen, except for the main big ones like the summer sale, winter sale, ect.
In the past they've put the game on sale whenever they put a major update out, which was fairly recently, so, it might be a little bit until the next one.
Steam could decide they want to run a racing game sale whenever they like.
Just add it to your wishlist and you should get an email the next time it's on offer.

next time ask the right question. Game pretty much went to sale along with any steam sales or ubi sales, so Jo answer is right.

Just to let you know, Pizzerino, the game is currently on sale on Uplay for 75% off right now! Obviously that won't get you the steam version, but it's a good discount nonetheless.

No I don't think that's possible. You'd still need to buy the base game on steam.
It might be worth waiting for later today for the midweek steam deals in case it's also going to be included in those.

However, I am not sure when you buy through them if you get a UPlay code or Steam code.
