H shifter by controller
Isn't it possible?? I want gear shifting with analog stick...

The only way to do this would be sequential. Your controller (any standard one), will not register anything other than up, down, left, and right on the joystick, just like four buttons. You may be able to set up a clutch and sequential gearbox, some games allow this, not sure if this one does or not. The only "normal" way is setting two buttons to shift up and down to allow yourself to change gears.
