i never see nighttime

is there a way to lock the time in this game to be night time? i have 11 hours logged and only ever saw like 5 sunsets that then changed into daytime again

You can't change the time of day. It's server side. The nighttime is trash though. It's way too bright and headlights don't work the way they should. The devs brightened nighttime because people complained it was too dark instead of fixing the headlights to work properly. Nighttime is also super short. Unfortunately I don't think they will ever fix it.

Yeah nighttime sucks so much i hate it more when i am looking for something on the map and the entire ground is dark and i can see a thing so i have to wait the 5 -10 mins until day time to see anything when doing the stories
