Where is the menu?

When ingame is there a way to open up the menu? Not talking about the map I'm talking about the menu with the settings and controls. Another question how do I turn off the radio while driving and how do I unlock motorcycles?

Controller ?Keyboard and Mouse ?

On controller Y opens the menu and you can turn the radio off, start pause the game and the options is there

Don't known the keys for kb/m

B for keyboard, also if on Playstation controller then triangle, same position as Y on Xbox controllers.

On keyboard; settings/key binding etc F10 is the default. To toggle the radio and quit the game press B to bring the menu up.

About the MC, you just buy one if you didnt pre-order and then race with it, tho only some of the street races can be done on a MC.
