The problem with the file C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Kaspersky Lab \ klhk \ klhk_x64 \ klhkum.dll is solved simply (until KAV will fix):
1. Turn off Settings / Advanced / Self-Defense / Enable Freeze Protection
2. Rename or delete the file klhkum.dll (for example, rename it to klhkum.dll0)
3. Turn on protection again Settings / Advanced / Self-defense / Enable freeze protection
4. Reboot
It's a shot in the dark, but I'm rooting for you.
There have been past issues with battle eye. Mainly due to having an out of date version installed.
Like a command prompt? That's really odd.
KK, do a verify file here on Steam on the game files. If any are corrupted Steam will do a reinstall on them.
I'm not familiar with running Kaspersky.
But doing some googling I found the following posts. I don't know if these will lead you to a solution or not, but give them a read.

And this one, which at least mentions this game:

I'm so sorry I cannot offer you a solid solution.
If you continue to have an issue I suggest you open an official support ticket here:

Sorry, I wish I had a solution for you. Good luck. The game is worth buying during it's current sale.
Wanted to know because i'm thinking of installing The Crew 2 and i use Kaspersky Antivirus so i don't know if i will run in to the same problem.
I had this problem too, but it was in the game day of infamy
What I did to resolve it was:
sign out of my karpesky account.
the problem from what I understand (I could be wrong) is that the anti virus firewall system does not allow steam-derived applications to check the systems on the computer
this option can be turned off or you can set steam as an exception however this option only appears if you don't have karpesky free (which was my case because I use the free one)
if everything goes wrong uninstall karpesky
Sorry for the mistakes in agreement and everything else because English is not my native language and I'm writing using the translato
