Steering wheel settings

Hello everybody,
I have had this game for about a year now and I played it less than an hour cause of the steering wheel sensitivity/force feedback

steering wheel feels so sensitive with no force feedback
I'm using Logitech G29, driver installed
Googled alot, watched a lot of videos,
nothing helped or affected it.

So, anything help will be appreciated

Is it really worth using a wheel for this game?
Just wondering if I would enjoy it more if I got my wheel out and set it up?
I do kind of like just sitting back with a game controller though but if there is a big improvement i might try it.

1-I know the G29 is compatible
2-I don't think mapping a nitro button would help
3-Bunch of people complaining about issues since 2017 and they're not even solved

Honestly I regret buying this game

Yes, the G29 is compatible, but they say extra steps are needed.

If you are still having trouble, do a search here in the Discussions. There have been SO many posts made about issues with the G29. I answer at least one each week it seems. Of course, that makes me wonder why issues with it haven't been taken care of. The amount of posts I see about that wheel means it must be popular...

It seems wheel is awesome for any four wheel vehicle.

People I've played with in game who have wheels have said it's more difficult to use one for bikes. Same for boats and planes. Some use controllers like the XBox one or the keyboard for those events.

Though you will see even wheel users use the keyboard for some four wheel events. Apparently, keyboard is better for Drag Race vehicles in both Drag Races, Speed Tests, and Escapes.

I've only ever used an XBox controller personally. Though I would love to have the spare cash to buy a wheel rig. The idea of it sounds so fun.

Of course, if I had stupid money I'd build an entire driving simulator rig.

The G29 is a good wheel, it's not the best tho..
Anyway, I wrote this topic only after I did some research and couldn't find any solutions
