How do you scrap parts?

It says my inventory is full and I can’t collect any more parts from my mailbox. I know that I need to scrap parts, but my question is, how do you do that? I do not see any option to delete parts in my safe house or at any of the racing HQs or in the car select menu where you can install the parts.

Go to the performance menu for a car where you install parts and highlight a part, then you have to hold down a button to scrap it. For me on an Xbox One controller I just hold X, not sure what input method your using but at the bottom of the screen it will show what button to hold.

Move your mouse to the part, DO NOT click the mouse, then HOLD "B" to scrap your sh!t

When a part is highlighted you will see a Press/Push X to scrap.

X depending upon what type of controller you are using or if using keyboard and mouse.

You can scrap parts without even taking them out of your mailbox if it's full.

I know that I can scrap parts in the mailbox. But there is no button. No x. No Tastatur button. There is nothing.

You do the same for the ones in your inventory.

If a part is currently slotted into a vehicle you cannot scrap it until you take it out of the vehicle.

Its out of my vehicle (and all other vehicles). I would see if there is soemthing. Im playing with Xbox controller. I tried every button.
