Content missing

i pre ordered deluxe edition and pre loaded the game too when i was trying to activate the game on my uplay (after bug), it says legendary motorsports pack and deluxe motorsports pack are activated on my account but i didn't get any of these items and support is not doing anything.
i want my money back or the pack by the way i lost half of the pre order early access on those 2 vehicles.
i contacted support 18 times they do nothing exept saying we can't do anything and lies that we sent your request to the crew team but i get no email altho they say u will get one.

Hiya Samurai,
I had to unlock all the desciplines first to get the vehicles from the extra packs i bought. After you did all the training for them, the cars, plains and so on will be in your inventory.
That said , i somehow didn't get the pink suit myself, but i could buy it with ingame currency. However the rest of the items just came in my inventory.

case number is 06564121 it was open from 29th june your agents say that " you will recive email from the crew team" but nothing i have sent all documents including proof of purchase pic of map ,plane collection and car collection.
