Logitech G25 Keys Not Staying Assigned?

Hi all,

I have a Logitech G25 on Windows 10, and while there’s no issue recognizing and assigning the button functions, some of them don’t stay assigned next time I start the game. (Wheel rotation and wheel buttons, throttle, and the 4 red buttons on the shifter stay assigned, but clutch, brake, and the black buttons and D-pad on the shifter don’t.)

I know the G25 isn’t officially supported, but the G27 is, and it’s almost identical and uses the same driver. Anyone else had this issue and solved it? Or should I go into the Logitech Profiler and assign the buttons to keys instead?

I had a chance to experiment with it a bit more - mapping the buttons to keys in the Logitech profiler works in lieu of setting the functions in the game, but that doesn't help with the clutch and brake axes, and also there's still no force feedback at all.

Try to do a new calibration from the logitech software it should fix the problem

With the G25 you need to use the old logitech profiler. This post will help you.

Not sure how it relates to problems with the crew, but i remember with my old g25 i would be forever reinstalling it.

Thanks for the tips - I am currently using the old Logitech software (5.10). (Actually I have both installed since my Logitech keyboard uses the new one...) Calibration unfortunately didn't help either - the profiler recognizes and can assign the buttons; just The Crew 2 doesn't. So I guess it's back to using the Logitech profiler to assign the keys for now.

I have the same problem. Tried to reinstall the wheel driver - didn't help either. :(
