Kind Regards
Because I think its a poor buisness practice to exclude content from paying customers. It futher increases my distrust with ubi soft and the future of this game over all. Im losing hope that this game will be fixed.
The game has more issues such as overly-aggressive rubber banding, low LODs and obvious pop-in, forced TXAA that makes the game look like it's running at a lower resolution than it actually is running at, vehicles not saving their positions in the house, etc.
There are things worth pointing out that are wrong with the game. But a jacket is not significant enough. And honestly, I didn't even care because I used the racing suit anyway. I can understand if it's something significant like a car, but a jacket isn't what I'd consider significant enough.
Rewarding beta testers with items actually ain't all that new. I used to receive a couple from testing closed and open betas for different games. And honestly, 90% of the rewards are just okay but nothing special. The gold helmet from the open beta is way cooler IMO
Some past Ubi games actually got pretty darn good support despite a lukewarm initial reception. Like Rainbow Six: Siege and The Division. They weren't great at launch but got much better with time, especially for Siege, which also received a major graphical overhaul that's over 40++GB in size.
Hopefully the same applies to this game but I also hope that this doesn't mean selling lean games at launch and then bucking up over time
