Help, i can't get out of OFF-ROAD starting place

I just bought the game, and wanted to street race in the cities and free roam world map but accidentally chose OFF -ROAD and now i'm stuck there where one test-drives vehicles. There it says to get my free car first before i can race etc., i don't even know how to do that (there is a blue hummer-like car which has the sign FREE above it but i can't take it, i can only test-drive it). I don't even want to play the off-road stuff. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times but am stuck in the off-road summit place.

This is annoying, maybe i will ask for refund, i can't even play.

Go to that Hummer and click it. When you are in that menu you can change the vehicle to a free one. That hummer is not free as far as I know.

Im also new to this game btw so I dont know that much yet

Ye i know but i dont know how to posess it, i can only test drive it for 30 seconds.

I will try again later today and if i succeded i will let you know. This problem makes me feel like a toddler who can't even 1+1.
