Are you talking about how all records were cleared? They did that b/c the game has changed enough and there were bugs earlier that allowed times that were out of line with possibilities. Every see the record times on some races from before the reset? They were outrageously low in time to completion, completely undoable without making conscious use of a bug.
For instance, for a time it was possible to use the "back to course" buttons to actually get ahead of where you were, shaving time off.
I lost a record. There was one jump challenge point where I had the record for a few months. No biggie. I'll just do my best to get that record again if I can.
However, if you are saying you lost icon levels, well that would be outrageous and I'd be angry too. Is that what happened?
Seriously, that is why I bought the game back around the new year. Just to drive around and explore the huge map. It's fun.
Now with the navigation line added it's really awesome to just start from one location and set a destination to where you want to go and the navigation line plots a course for you, but will update if you decide to deviate from the course it set. Just like going on a long road trip with GPS in real life.
Honestly, it's so nice to just, say, decide to take one of the Harley cruisers and do a road trip from LA to Chicago as an example. Something I love about this game.
The crew is way better than Forza, TC2 feels way too incomplete and even so it have way more content than forza, bigger playground, bigger activity list, not just cars, bikes, off roads, boats, planes, hovercrafts, and who knows what is yet to come to the crew(hopefully not cops) it is a really good game, we just have to support the devs, buying the game gives them more and more reasons to keep updating it to keep it alive.
The game have its flaws yes, but its fun nonetheless

no, i don't care about leaderboards. i just want to restart the game. start from new. experience the beginning again. change ma character. on the first free weekend i took the first character i saw because i didn't care (just wanted to test the game out) and it looks like i'm locked to it forever now...
thats the most ridiculous thing i've ever seen. thats real trash.. every mmo on this planet and every game has different save slots (character slots on mmos)... but the crew 2 forces you to play on the one character slot you have forever. WTF..
i would purchase it if i could restart the game but without this option the devs can go ♥♥♥♥ themselfs. its so frustrating :(
true but do you really want to tell me that instead of only driving cars the possibility of driving boats and flying planes isn't anything new ?
because it actually is. it changes the entire scope of a game to be able to fly alone ! flying is always incredible.
also the game world is sooo much bigger than in h4. the cities are well crafted and the forests and everything else are even cooler.
the crew 2 has many great ideas and features and compared to that h4 feels very limited. it has a higher build quality, but its much more bland and limited :(
now if only i could reset my savegame and start from the beginning i would gladly purchase the crew 2.. but as it seems to be impossible (i even opened an ubisoft support ticket but until they answer the sale will be over anyway) i'm never going to buy the game :(
lol i think you are on drugs.
the forza horizon series is NOT a simulator. even the motorsport series is pretty arcady these days, BUT the horizon series is 100% arcade. even more than the crew 2 from the driving feel. i should know, i 100%ed forza motorsport 7 and horizon 4 !
