Porche Engine cover missing?

Hello, I cannot complete my job, as the porche is missing a "engine cover". I do have this item in my inventory. But I am unable to put it onto the car. All other parts are on the car.

I click the engine, then use the cog wheel to select "fit parts mode", and it does not appear where it should be as a "ghost item" so i cannot click to install it. I have tried to save, and then continue.

Do you have any advice?

its a body part not an engine part. go into assmble mode like putting on a hood, etc.

On the 990 job I have, had to replace both the engine cover and the hood. In assemble mode, it only offers to let me put on the hood, when the engine cover needs to go on first.

First you have to put the hood then the engine cover.

Thanks, but that's not what I ended up doing. I got the cover on first by waving the mouse over the hood area until I saw the highlight for the cover and was able to finally get that installed. Installing the hood first, I never saw the cover highlight so I went back to trying the other method.

In any case, this probably just shows a possible design issue--while parts on the car have order of install preserved, body panels maybe don't and when they overlap fun things happen.

THX it worked, just took few minutes, bcs playin at pro mod xD

This sucks hardly, I hope there isn't so much bugs like this xD
