For the delivery part you mentioned, well i would say that might be a nice thing for expert mode.
Man, I couldnt agree any more to this. SLRR has soooo many good ideas and most rather well implemented. The problem is that SLRR is very, very, very dated game and trying to keep it working on todays hardware is like trying to upgrade an old Pentium 4 machine. Yea, its still a semi-usful PC, expecially under basic office abilities, but at some point you really need to just start over, or simply let it die.
Open world needs to be done at development level not mod level
its enough work adding cars and tracks let alone open world
But yeah I do like the idea in itself, I'm just not sure if the devs are at a level yet where they could really deliver it without it being a gigantic mess
