Zombies are weird!
Like all objects in the game zombies also have their own interactable radial range. We cant see this range but we can somehow understand there is an invisible interaction range of zombies. If any object goes into this range a zombie will interact with it. But I've just taken a screenshot that shows a situation vice-versa. As you see in the pics, a zombie came pretty close to the wood wall but it didn't punch. you can see the wood wall has a full bar. Eventually, it just left the area. Two days later another zombie that stands a little bit further distant came and started to punch the wall. The question is why didn't that closer zombie attack the wall? Is it a bug?

defend structures and wasp turrents have 0.1 (nt really, just random number) attrack for infected.
Infected who pre-spwaned on map do not attack you until you attack them. There is runners who spawned at edges of the map and go to your CC. When they attack you units\structes or you attack them - that triggere else infected.

Firing noize trigger them way less than when some onf them attack your troops. If one zombit hit wall (or your ranger get hit) - that agro else zombies as well.

Walls builded very far from else structes are zero aggro level for infected. You can see it during cmapaign, or you can try to build such wall (and then make first tesla tower inactive to disable any else behind walls)

You see this too at the start of the Cape Storm mission. If you look up at the bridge area there’s a row of wall, a gate, a tower and a bunch of zombies surrounding them. They will leave all that stuff alone.. Until of course one of them decides to walk directly into it, notices that “hey, there’s something in my way here, imma go and scratch that.” Which then makes noise, and consequently draws the other zombies to start doing the same

nope I disagree. many times I saw zombies attacking walls rather then other targets. I forgot to take a screenshot but I ve seen it. I build a wood wall right next to my ranger, a zombie came and ignored the ranger and start to attack wood wall. Ranger should noisy and more attractive target then a wood wall right? why she didnt attrack him then. Was the zombie gay? For me there is a simple explanation; game rules and game mechanics sometimes start just being weird. There is no strict rules except for essential ones.
