Game unplayable

I bought the game but the train makes it unplayable.

I think its the break sound? Not the horn.

maximise sounds except music. use volume slider (in Win or on speakers/headset) and Win Sound Mixer (if you need set volume for specific apps).

i cant confirm there is or no issues for train sounds with custom volume levels (game issue itself). maximise out is good.
there is a chance no issues there for trains. and something wrong on your side.
