Have you tried to make a new full installation of the game?
You will not lose your progress because those files are in a different folder

Hello Gomez, yes of course, couple of times. I discovered that the 10, 11, 12 generation INTEL GPUs (I have i5-12400F) cause some games (such as SMITE) run at 32bit instead of 64bits. I thought that I have found a solution on the internet -some codes and other stuff- yet it didn't work again.
Really I don't have any slightest idea.
TheyAreBillions.exe that is likely the 64 bit one.
You can try launching the 64 bit.exe directly from the folder but I am not sure in that case Steam overlay and playtime count will work.
Yes, I have already tried that but no, the menu showed that I am using 32bits version again. When I tried to run the game from its exe (both x86 and normal) I was able to access steam overlay.
I even tried to change folder, from the steam directory (Program Files x86) to other Program Files folder, not worked again.
I have reinstalled the directx files in the game files countless times yet it didn't fix anything. Well, the problem persists.
I do not know how much worse the 32bit versions is apart from being RAM,VRAM limited to 4GB.
The question is why I am getting 32bit version even though I have 64bit processor. I am open to any advice to fix that, specially those from the devs.
Deleting files, changing names, open with .exe and other similiar methods didn't work Although much thanks for ur time.
So Steam start game by TheyAreBillions_32.exe and not by TheyAreBillions.exe, right? Is that what Task Manager show in Details tab?
Yes I have x64 OS.
In the details tab of Task Manager, TAB is shown as "TheyAreBillions.exe". Here's a screenshot for you.

Turn off Steam Cloud for this game or entirely, temporary. If you already did validation, skip it and just erase now game folder in My Documents - whole folder all files. Maybe issue in preference file.
After relaunches and reconfigure game , make new saves for all game modes (or how many saves you have on Cloud) - re-enable Cloud back. Make sure you press replace new files from PC to Cloud when Steam asked that with sync mismatch window.
Oh another one. Never ever use Steam Desktop links. They bronek almost for entire steam life. There is chose of which one version to start if you start directly from Steam Library. Default option is x64. Your version already x64 though. But logfile or pref file store somehow that it is x86-32 and game show it on main menu.
