Second Monitor Bug?
Has anyone else not been able to get this game to open on their main display sense the most recent windows update?

Hi,

Have you tried to set manually in the Configuration file (Documents/My Games/They are Billions) modifying the line <Simple name="Monitor" value="0" /> with values between -1 to 3?

And by the way, what windows are you using?
