Game changes monitor while clicking the "Full Borderless Window" button

Hey all, just got the game and am trying to play it. I almost exclusively play games in Borderless Window (Tab out without minimizing the game)

My main monitor is a 165hz, which is Monitor 1. When I open the game and have it in full screen mode it works fine. When I try to switch it to Fullscreen borderless and leave it on Monitor 1, it moves the window to a different monitor. I can force it to go back to the correct monitor in Fullscreen bordless by selecting the WRONG monitor in the dropdown, but then I can't have the game run at 165 like this monitor does.

Anyone seen this/have the same issues?

Hello,

Please, change manually the number from 0 to 3 in this line <Simple name="Monitor" value="0" /> in your configuration file. This file usually is in the path Documents/My Games/They are Billions.

Do this until you get the number (option) you need.
