Report a translation problem
A map name written in chinese doesn't matter, you can play the map as you would normally. You can always copy the names into google translator and get a rough translation into your language too. Finally, there are also maps with english names if you require that.
Maybe because "they are billions"?
You just need to look deeper in the Workshop and beyond the front page. What sort of map are you after? I made a 24 map story campaign (Search "28 Years Later" and/or "29 Years Later") or if you're looking for single novel maps try The Dark Side by Zedd. There are many more but there's a lot of content beneath the surface trust me :)
This is a complaint you should make directly to STEAM

Though, unlike you, Valve don't respond to users :)
it might take 4 weeks but steam support usually makes an effort.
Because they got computers and like to play games?
