Game crashes - SlimDX Runtime .NET 4.0
Few days later in the game it freezes. When I validate local files, it finds two files to install. At next start SlimDX installer opens for repair or uninstall... But no good. It continues crashing.
No clue in ZXLog. I have reinstalled, gave permission in Windows security, updated graphic card driver... Still crashing.
Found many articles in google for same error but no solution yet. Did anyone found a solution?

Validating in Steam at next launch will show that Steam try to install SlimDX silently. It not mean it really trying to reinstall and that not mean there is an issue with SlimDX installation. It silently laucnhed, validate slimdx installation and closed - return to steam that it be reinstalled - steam go to next step in launching game.
Try verify files again. Twice in a row.

Try to remove configuration and zxlog.txt. And maybe customlevels folder (did you subscribe anything from Steam Workshop?). This is from .\My Documents\My Games\ game folder.

And only then try next launch - directly from Steam Library, cause steam links never can handle steam configuring games properly after installation\verify (and im not sure it is correct to use links at all).

set steam.exe run as admin in exe properties.

Got the same trouble here, and i cant resolve it :(
If your issue is really with SlimDX installation - this is Windows and\or 3rd party antiviruss security issue. On linked above thread only that help is reinstalling Windows (and make another security setups during process, obviously).

Try to Alt+F4-Restart. Exactly in that way, no shutdown or hibernate. Force Windows 10 to restart (optionally you can update Windows during this).
Reinstalling your net framework 4.0 through windows updates could be a shout by the error you getting, knowing what rig your running and window version could help though

Yes I saw this thread. Solution is reinstalling windows 10 which I did not do yet. Other options did not worked.

Maybe you don't need a reinstallation of Windows but if SlimDX doesn't work properly probably is because something in your OS is not working fine. So you can check if your OS need a clean not necessarily need to be reinstalled.
