game save invalid pls help ^^''

my computer unexpectedly crashed when i was playing i tried loading the save but it just comes up invalid, i have searched but the ways i find of using the backup aren't helping at all its still coming up invalid

but did you by any chance start another game with the same save-file name?

Were you playing a campaign or just a survival map?
