but to me i view teslas as very important for game balance both early on "when resources are scarce" and later on to slow the pace of player expansion
For example
Set the energy range and watch range of Tesla Towers to 12 cells.

can this be applied globally? any guide?
edit: ZXRules.dat modding worked; increased range to 40 and the game is 10 times more enjoyable now + the city looks way nicer
usually custom maps give global range to the energy wonder and make it a day 40 limitation. to not affect game balance too much
