Report a translation problem
map vision is pretty useless so don't get that one. the maps stay the same each campaign.
the ones for electricity and food are pretty handy on maps that are short on space. esp the one for food on maps short on farming land.
the academy of immortals is really handy if you go heavy into snipers. for soldiers is slightly less since they are good anyway, but if you're short on fighting power still good.
the others i haven't touched yet cuz i didn't spend tech on them.
though here is my theory:
the atlas transmuter is only viable if you go REALLY heavy into oil units. i don't think you need them since sniper/soldier can handle a lot anyway.
the victorious is not really worth it i think. just build more housing.
the atlas has more value the higher the difficulty you play on if for no other reason then your maximum oil per cycle limiting your unit caps where those extra units are more valuable.
