Are Wonders worth using in the campaign?
So far I haven't spent any research points on them because I haven't found a use for any of them, but I figure they might be situational down the road. Just curious if any of them are worth it before I bother wasting any points. I still have a lot of other things I want to grab first, but I'd like to plan ahead if possible.

NOTE: unlike in survival mode, you can build wonders right away without spending gold on research(if you got the resources)

map vision is pretty useless so don't get that one. the maps stay the same each campaign.
the ones for electricity and food are pretty handy on maps that are short on space. esp the one for food on maps short on farming land.
the academy of immortals is really handy if you go heavy into snipers. for soldiers is slightly less since they are good anyway, but if you're short on fighting power still good.

the others i haven't touched yet cuz i didn't spend tech on them.
though here is my theory:
the atlas transmuter is only viable if you go REALLY heavy into oil units. i don't think you need them since sniper/soldier can handle a lot anyway.
the victorious is not really worth it i think. just build more housing.

since you dont have to spend the crazy upfront resource cost to first research the things in campaign they actually have some potential, crystal palace is probably the best as it doesnt require oil, with academy coming up close behind since vet units are just plain good in the higher difficulties.

the atlas has more value the higher the difficulty you play on if for no other reason then your maximum oil per cycle limiting your unit caps where those extra units are more valuable.
