What i think should be done is when a zombie dies from fire or fire on him the body is still on fire but dead and when other zombies stand on that zombie thats dead they also get cought on fire and when that zombie dies it happens agine but now theirs 2 dead zombies on fire now incressing the AOE of the fire and the DMG outpot this should only stack up to 10
On the patch log 0.4.2 the devs have writen:
- Infected are more pronto to burn when they are reached by fire.
Lucifers seems to have a mechanism close to the one you speak about. It may just not be strong enought.
Would be just logical, but makes this unit even more impractical.
not sure how else you would fix them but I kinda feel like I shouldn't have to mirco manage a unit for it to perform its basic function, adavance manuvers and specific orders yes but not its primary job.
